Alert Rules
How often CCR checks active orgs.
Sends an alert email immediately when usage reaches this percent.
Sends a warning email before the alert threshold. Set 0 to disable.
While usage stays near but below alert, resend near warning this often.
While usage stays over alert threshold, resend alert this often.
User and storage capacity alerts
These rules apply only to license users and storage usage.
Warning starts at this percentage of the included capacity.
Default 168 hours (once a week) while usage remains near the limit.
The first over-limit alert is immediate; default repeat is every 72 hours.

API History & log records older than this are deleted. Orgs and settings are never removed. "Clear now" runs the cleanup immediately.
When enabled, successful API calls are not stored — drastically reduces DB growth. Errors are always logged.
